TrackTreads recently released their latest software toolkit for measuring and managing the wear surfaces in Dump Bodies, Buckets and any other wear material needing to be managed and measured regularly. Users of the Undercarriage Management System will find the system and layout very similar and accessible in the same web portal.
Key Features include:-
- Using the mobile app to take measurements, images and add comments. Mobile app connects to an Ultrasonic tool for material thickness measurements.
- Some customers are using the mobile app inspection kit to record new cracks in chassis and booms and are then monitoring the propagation rate.
- Inspection results are synced to the cloud for further analysis and aggregation with historical results to provide a wear rate trend.
- Users can track individual components monitoring wear rates and all repair and replacement events recorded.
- Ability to monitor an implements condition throughout its lifetime, whilst still performing the following actions:
- Interchange the equipment to which the implement is attached
- Move to and from Inventory
- Relocate to different jobsite
