Inspecting Undercarriage is not solely to measure components. It’s about creating a complete picture frozen at a point in time over the life of the Undercarriage. This picture must use images abundantly. Images replace a thousand words.

Other points of interest help to complete the picture such as highlighting:

  • Loose or missing boltsLoose Bolts - Undercarriage
  • Machine balance, too much weight on front or rear of machine
  • Final drive temperature
  • Idler rise height
  • Leaking rollers and other components
  • Missing hardware or worn chain guides
  • Bogie pad condition
  • Equaliser bar condition

Make the Inspection speak for itself
