Planning :
Planners translate inspection observations and insights into planned maintenance tasks, scheduling them for execution at the appropriate time—whether immediately or as part of an upcoming preventive maintenance (PM) service. Tasks such as component repairs, wear plate replacements, and crack repairs are systematically scheduled, ensuring that necessary fixes are completed before they impact Tray performance. The result is a detailed work order assigned to the maintenance team, ready for execution within the defined date and timeframe.

Action
Planned Tray maintenance is broken down into individual tasks that are executed on the workshop floor, ensuring the Tray is restored to optimal operational condition. This helps guarantee that the Tray is capable of meeting production targets while maximizing its anticipated lifespan.
Completed tasks, are logged in the system, providing a clear record of work done and any outstanding tasks are automatically highlighted in management reports, enabling better oversight and ensuring that all necessary repairs are addressed before the Tray is returned to service

Reporting: 2 levels of reporting are provided:-
Inspection Report : The Inspection Report delivers a detailed summary of the current condition of an individual Tray, based on the latest inspection data. It includes:
Condition summary of key components such as Floor, Sidewalls, Canopy, Bolsters, Rails, Rock Deflectors and any Wear Plates. Damage and cracks are highlighted and include measurements, images and comments. Residual life is forecasted automatically, based on life lived and percent worn to support future maintenance planning and replacement budgeting Images and comments, providing visual evidence and detailed observations for maintenance teams
b. Fleet Power BI Report - The Fleet Power BI Report offers a high-level analysis of the entire Tray fleet, enabling data-driven decision-making by comparing: Current condition and wear rate trends of each Tray and its components across the fleet Performance tracking and comparison across the fleet based on life and loads against budgeted expectancy Cost and load performance breakdown, categorized by hour, ton, or bank cubic meter (BCM) This reporting structure ensures that both individual Tray health and fleet-wide performance are continuously monitored and reported, driving Tray maintenance efficiency and cost scrutiny.
