The TrackTreads Support team recently had a field trip to learn hands on how to complete undercarriage inspections. While our customer inspectors regularly face between -40 degrees and +40 degrees Celsius when performing inspections, our field trip conditions were mild +22 degrees Celsius, cloud cover. Also, no snakes!!
The different tools were used across multiple machines and we developed some new specifications for the Ultrasonic Tool for a customer. After a tough day in the dirt, we came away with a greater appreciation of what our customers are faced with in the field, along with first hand experience on measuring components so that we can relate to our customers questions.
